What information do we collect?
DW Media collects data from users about how they use the site like what pages you visit, how long users stay on pages and what content they are viewing. This data is anonymous and DW Media cannot assign it to individuals.
We use this information to improve our site and make it better for all users.
Information tracked by cookies is completely anonymous and cannot be linked to individuals to identify them.
We use live chat on this website to communicate with visitors, when you start a conversation we can view the users IP adress. If the user chooses to insert their email and name this will be used to contact the user about potential work in the future.
We use Google analytics to track what pages are visited on our site, this data is not identifiable a user so we can't track individuals.
We use Quantcast to provide our GDPR agreement popups, you can find out more about Quantcast by clicking the "Privacy Settings" box in the corner.
When you call DW Media, your call may be recorded by our system. This logs the time of the request, the duration and records audio of the call. We use this information to see how we can handle calls better in the future and to provide higher service to our clients. Calls are kept for 30 days in the system. We may sometimes download a copy of a call to keep on record for further listening and assessment.
Under the new GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) each user has the right to be forgotten or access any information we hold about yourself or update any data we hold about you. If you want to do any of this please email email@example.com.
