White label live streaming for agencies by dwmedia
Agencies & Production Companies

Your client
stays your client.

We take the broadcast layer, we badge it however you need, and we do not go near your relationship.

Subcontract live streaming and multi-camera production for agencies, event companies and other production firms. Crewed, insured, documented, invoiced to you.

The reason
you hesitate is
not the kit.

Everybody in this industry has been burned by a subcontractor once. Usually not on the technical side. It is the supplier who handed a business card to the client at lunch, or briefed a change directly instead of through you, or turned up looking like they had come to fix the boiler.

So the useful things to say are not about cameras. They are: we invoice you, we take direction from you, we badge to whatever you need, and we do not contact your client before, during or after unless you ask us to.

We do this work regularly and it is a deliberate part of how we operate. Trade work with people who know what they are buying is a good business to be in.

Broadcast and streaming, subcontracted cleanly.

dwmedia works as a subcontract supplier to agencies, event production companies, AV firms and other video production companies across the UK. Typically we take the live streaming and multi-camera broadcast layer on an event where you are handling the client, the creative, the staging or the wider AV, and you either do not have the broadcast capability in house or your own kit and crew are already committed that week.

The commercial arrangement is straightforward. You are the client, we quote to you, you mark it up however you want, and we invoice you. We are not going to ask what you are charging on and we are not going to undercut you afterwards. We supply public liability and employers’ liability certificates, method statements and risk assessments as a matter of course, because you need them for your own client’s venue and chasing a supplier for paperwork is a job nobody wants.

Badging, and how we behave on site

Crew can appear in plain black, in your branded shirts if you supply them, or as dwmedia, whichever suits the job. We take direction from your production manager and route everything through them rather than going to the client with questions. If your client asks our operator a direct question we will answer it politely and then tell you what was asked. That is the whole protocol and it has never needed to be more complicated than that.

What we actually bring

You are getting operators, not just boxes, because on a live job that is where the risk actually sits. Own kit rather than cross-hire, which means fewer moving parts and faster substitution when something misbehaves. Own connectivity as standard through bonded cellular and satellite, which is frequently the specific reason we get called: the venue’s internet will not carry a broadcast and somebody needs to solve that by Thursday. And an OB control trailer for jobs at the larger end. See live production, live streaming and captions and BSL. dwmedia works UK-wide from Ashington, Northumberland.

How we work with you

Predictable,
which is the point.

White label crew on an agency event
01
Badged however you need
Plain black, your shirts, or ours. Your production manager gives the direction and we route everything through them.
Insurance and compliance paperwork
02
Paperwork before you ask
PL and EL certificates, RAMS and risk assessments supplied with the quote. Your client’s venue will want them and you should not have to chase us.
Connectivity solved for an agency event
03
The connectivity problem, solved
Bonded cellular and satellite as standard. Often the actual reason we get the call, three days before a stream in a venue with no usable line.

What you get

A supplier who
knows the drill.

You should not have to explain any of this. Here it is anyway, so you can check.

We invoice you, not your client
You are the client. Mark it up as you see fit. We will not ask and we will not approach them afterwards.
Direction through your PM
Changes, questions and problems come to you first. Your client should not know there is a second company involved unless you tell them.
Full compliance pack
Public liability, employers’ liability, RAMS, risk assessments and PAT where required. Sent with the quote.
Crewed, with our own kit
Blackmagic camera systems, ATEM switchers, HyperDeck playout, OB control trailer for the bigger jobs. Operators who use it every week rather than reading the manual on the day.
Independent connectivity
Bonded cellular and Starlink. We solve the uplink rather than adding it to your list of things to worry about.
Straight answers on capacity
If a date is tight or a spec is beyond what we can properly deliver, we will say so when you ask rather than at the get-in.
FAQs

Common questions.

No. Not on the day, not afterwards. You are our client, everything routes through your production manager, and we do not follow up with the end client for work. If they contact us directly we will tell you. We will sign a non-solicitation agreement if you want it in writing, though most people find that asking the question is enough.
Yes. Supply the shirts and we will wear them, or we default to plain black which covers most situations without anyone needing to think about it. If you would rather we appear as dwmedia because the client knows a specialist has been brought in, that is fine too. Your call, decided at booking.
Public liability and employers’ liability, with certificates supplied on request or automatically with the quote. Method statements and risk assessments as standard. If your client’s venue has a specific compliance format or an approved supplier process, tell us early and we will complete it rather than sending you a generic pack to translate.
Yes, and for live work that is how we prefer to do it. Our operators know our kit, which means faults get solved in minutes rather than escalated to you mid-show. Tell us what you are covering in-house and we will build the crew list around the gap rather than duplicating people you already have on site.
Later than you might expect, particularly for connectivity, which is often the emergency. We have picked up jobs at short notice when a venue’s internet turned out to be unusable during a rehearsal. Availability in peak season is genuinely tight, so ring rather than email if the date is close, and we will give you a straight yes or no rather than holding you while we work it out.
From a single-camera stream in a meeting room up to multi-camera IMAG for arena-scale audiences, with an OB control trailer for the larger end. We have run IMAG for crowds in the tens of thousands. Above a certain scale we bring in additional freelance crew from a network we use regularly, which we will tell you about upfront rather than presenting a team you have never heard of on the day.
