Graduation

The reading order matters more than the cameras.

Graduation streaming lives or dies on the paperwork rather than the production. These are the four things that decide whether the day goes smoothly.

Single-camera streams start from £500. Multi-camera event days start from £1,950. See pricing ›

The reading order, early

Names on screen come from your list, not from someone hearing them over a PA. Getting that document to us in advance is the single biggest thing that prevents errors on the day.

How many ceremonies

A four-ceremony day is not four jobs, it is one long one. The rig stays in place and the crew is sized for the whole run, which is cheaper than four separate bookings.

Where else it needs to go

The hall screens, an overflow room, and the public stream can all come from one production. Deciding that up front is cheaper than adding it later.

How long the recording stays up

Past fourteen days a published recording needs accurate captions. University archives stay up for years, so plan the captioning in rather than retrofitting it.

What the day needs.

Names from your list Graphics built from the reading order your ceremonies team already maintains, briefed to the operator in advance.
Built for the whole run A rig that stays put and a crew sized for the full day, with turnarounds planned with you.
The stage crossing, caught Positions agreed so the handshake and the crossing are covered every time rather than most of the time.
Any venue, including cathedrals Marquees, sports halls and cathedrals. Bonded 4G, 5G and Starlink travel with us, so no usable line is not a problem.

Questions we get asked.

How do you get the names right?

From your reading order, briefed to the graphics operator beforehand. Most name errors happen because somebody was working off the PA.

Can you cover several ceremonies in a day?

Yes, and it is cheaper than booking them separately. The rig stays in place and the crew is sized for the whole run.

Can families overseas watch?

Yes, and it is usually the main reason for streaming. Where time zones make live viewing impossible the recording goes up promptly.

Do recordings need captions?

Past fourteen days a published recording is treated as pre-recorded content and needs accurate captions. Graduation archives stay up for years, so in practice yes.

What does it cost?

It depends on the number of ceremonies, the venue and what you need afterwards. The estimator gives you a range in about a minute.

Worth a conversation?

Thirty minutes and you will know what it takes, what it costs, and whether we are the right people for it. There is more detail at graduationstreaming.uk.
