Live streaming

Multi-camera broadcast, anywhere in the UK.

To YouTube, Teams, Vimeo or your own player. Redundant encoders, redundant uplinks and a clean recording of everything, regardless of what the stream did.

Connectivity either way

A dedicated, tested venue line gets used where there is one, and it is often the best route. Guest WiFi never carries a broadcast, and bonded 4G, 5G and Starlink travel with us either way.

Captions and BSL

Live captions and in-vision BSL are planned in from the first conversation, including a green screen position where the signer needs one. Deliberate, not bolted on the week before.

Archive you can use

A programme record on every job, so you have the show as it was cut. Chaptered archives, highlights and accessible transcripts on request.

Live production & IMAG

Main stage. Conference hall. Council chamber. Anywhere.

LED screens, vision mixing and camera crews for festivals, touring shows and conferences, with a simultaneous stream output if you want one.

Who we work with

The kit is the same. The job isn't.

An AGM and a graduation use similar cameras and the same crew. What changes is what you need to get right, and who notices if it goes wrong.

Housing associations AGMs and tenant conferences streamed so residents take part from home. Accessibility done properly, evidence for the regulator afterwards. Learn more › Public sector Council committees, NHS boards and combined authorities. Meetings held in public that are actually seen in public, and archived properly. Learn more › Education Graduations streamed to families worldwide. Multi-ceremony days handled without the standard dropping by the fifth one. Learn more › Festivals & touring Main stage IMAG, delay screens and broadcast feeds. We work to your production schedule and stay out of everyone else's way. Learn more › Corporate Town halls, all-hands and conferences produced so people stay past the first ninety seconds. Learn more › Agencies We take the broadcast layer, badge it however you need, and stay out of your client relationship. Learn more › Faith organisations Cathedrals, churches and special services. Present in the building, invisible in the service. Learn more › Medical NHS boards and clinical conferences, including surgical feeds and content that needs handling carefully. Learn more ›

Questions people ask first.

How do you handle connectivity on site?

We assess what is already there. A dedicated, tested venue line is often the best route and we are happy to use one. Shared guest WiFi is not used for anything production-critical. Bonded 4G, 5G and Starlink come with us on every job as failover, and sites with no usable infrastructure at all are run entirely on our own connectivity.

How much does a live stream cost?

It depends on cameras, crew days and travel, but you will never get a vague answer. The estimator gives you a ballpark in a minute, and a written itemised quote follows once we have talked through the event.

Can you handle captions and BSL?

Yes. Live captions and in-vision British Sign Language are planned into the production from the start, rather than added the week before, which is usually why they end up looking like an afterthought.

Will we get the recording afterwards?

A programme record comes as standard, so you have the show as it was cut. Separate recording paths, edited highlights, chaptered archives and accessible transcripts are available as extras.

How far do you travel?

Anywhere in the UK. We are based in Ashington, Northumberland, and the trailer is regularly out as far as London, Cornwall and Glasgow. Travel is itemised so there are no surprises.

Are you insured, with the paperwork to prove it?

Public liability, employers liability, risk assessments, method statements and PAT certification all get sent across before the event without you having to ask, which matters if you are running a procurement process.

Tell us about your event.

Thirty minutes and you will know exactly what we would bring, what it costs and whether we are the right people for it.
