What we do

Covering one match is easy. Covering thirty is the job.

A cup final gets a crew and a budget. The problem is the other twenty-nine fixtures, where the same supporters still want to watch, the same sponsors still want their boards on screen, and there is a fraction of the money to do it with.

So the thing that matters is repeatability. A rig that goes in the same way every week, positions that work in your ground rather than an ideal one, and a graphics package built once and reused all season instead of rebuilt each Friday.

We work with non-league and academy football, rugby clubs, and regional and county competition. Some of it is a full crewed match day. Some is two cameras and a laptop, because that is what the fixture warrants and the club can sustain.

  • Multi-camera pitch and touchline coverage
  • Commentary position with talkback to the director
  • Live graphics: score, clock, team names and sponsors
  • Instant replay on the fixtures that warrant it
  • Club, league and ticketed platform delivery
  • League feed and club feed running at the same time
  • Highlight clips cut during the match
  • Programme record of the full show
  • Redundant encoders and duplicate uplinks
  • Insurance and RAMS sent with the quote

What we cover

A match day you can repeat.

A gantry wide that works The one shot everything else hangs off. Positioned for your ground, not the one in the brochure, and high enough that play reads.
Long lenses for the box A tighter camera for the penalty area and the celebration, which is where the clips that get shared actually come from.
Scoreboard and clock throughout Score, clock and team names on screen for the whole match, so a viewer joining at any point knows where they are.
Sponsor boards on screen Where the sponsors are and when they appear, planned once at the start of the season rather than negotiated each week.
Commentary from the ground A commentary position with talkback, mixed as its own track, so a clean feed is available for anyone who wants one.
Cheaper across a season Booked as a run of fixtures, the setup becomes routine and the per-match cost drops well below a one-off booking.

How it works

Sorted long before doors.

Fixture and ground walkthrough

Kick-off time, the running order around it, where the commentary position goes, and which camera positions the ground will actually give you.

Platform tested with you

Stream keys, access control and any paid feed proven days ahead rather than in the hour before kick-off.

Rig and prove it early

Cameras up, commentary checked, graphics loaded and the stream running end to end while the hall is still empty.

Show, clips, recording

We cut it live, push highlights while the room is still loud, and hand over the full programme record afterwards.

Connectivity either way

A dedicated, tested venue line gets used where there is one. Guest WiFi never carries a paid broadcast, and bonded 4G, 5G and Starlink travel with us either way.

Pricing

A fixed price, before you commit anything.

Cost is driven by camera count, crew days, how many fixtures you want covered, the connectivity the venue does or does not have, and what you want cut afterwards. Not by resolution, and not by whose badge is on the kit. After a proper conversation you get an itemised quote, and it does not move unless the event does.

Included as standard

Crewed operators, our own bonded connectivity as failover, redundant encoding, the full programme record, and insurance and RAMS with the quote.

Quoted separately

Travel and accommodation, separate recording paths, edited highlights packages, commentary talent, and extra crew above a certain camera count. Listed as lines you can cut.

No fixed packages

Packages mean paying for cameras you do not need, or finding out on a match day that something you assumed was included is not.

Questions promoters ask first.

Can you cover a whole season rather than one match?

Yes, and it is where the value is. The rig goes in the same way each week, the crew know your ground, and the per-match cost drops a long way below a one-off booking.

What does a non-league match actually need?

Usually a gantry wide, a long lens for the box, scoreboard graphics and commentary. Adding more cameras helps far less than having those four things done properly every week.

Can our own volunteers run it between visits?

Sometimes, and it is worth talking about. We can specify and install a setup your people operate week to week, and crew the fixtures that matter. That is often the honest answer for a club with a small budget and a long season.

Can we stream to a league platform?

Yes. Club streams, league platforms and iFollow-style services all take a standard feed, and we deliver to whichever your competition requires.

How do sponsors get value from it?

Board positions, a graphics package with their marks, and a mention in commentary, all agreed at the start of the season. It is easier to sell a sponsor a season than a single match.

What about the ground having no internet?

Common at club level. Bonded 4G and 5G across multiple carriers travel with us, so a ground with no usable line does not stop the fixture going out.

When should a club not pay for a crew?

If a fixed camera behind the goal and a volunteer with a laptop keeps supporters happy, spend the money on the pitch. We would rather help you set that up than sell you a crew you cannot sustain.

Tell us about the season.

Thirty minutes with the ground, the fixture list and how many matches you want covered, and you will know what it takes and what it costs.
