Corporate responsibility
We are committed to operating responsibly, to our clients, our supply chain, our people and the wider community. This page sets out the policies that govern how we work, and every full document is here to download.
Millview Group Ltd t/a dwmedia · Last reviewed: August 2026
These apply to all operations carried out by Millview Group Ltd trading as dwmedia. All documents are reviewed annually and updated as required. If you are completing a procurement or tender pack, everything you need should be here.
Live production and event services involve travel, energy use and equipment logistics. There is no version of this work with no footprint, so rather than claim otherwise we work on the parts we control: responsible purchasing, route planning to cut vehicle mileage, and buying equipment built to last over disposable alternatives.
The full Environmental and Sustainability Policy is above.
Millview Group Ltd is committed to providing equal opportunities in employment and in the delivery of our services. We do not discriminate on the grounds of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy or maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, or sexual orientation.
We expect the same standards from anyone working on our behalf, including freelance crew and subcontractors.
Millview Group Ltd has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships, and to implementing effective systems to ensure slavery and human trafficking are not taking place anywhere in our business or supply chain.
The full Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy is above.
We conduct all business honestly and with integrity. We do not tolerate bribery, corruption or any form of improper conduct, whether in our own operations or through third parties acting on our behalf. All employees and subcontractors are required to comply with our Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy.
Accessible output is part of how we work rather than an upgrade. Live captions, in-vision BSL and accessible transcripts are planned into productions from the start, which matters particularly for public bodies with duties under the Equality Act. Our accessibility page covers how that works in practice, and our own accessibility statement covers this website.
Cover is placed with Liberty Mutual through Specialist Risk Entertainment and Sport. Certificates are available on request for tender and procurement purposes, and we send insurance and RAMS with every quote as standard rather than waiting to be asked.
