What Liverpool actually needs

One site, two kinds of event.

The waterfront campus puts an arena, an exhibition centre and a conference centre in one connected site. That is genuinely useful when an event uses more than one of them, because a single production can serve a plenary in the arena and breakouts in the conference rooms without a second supplier or a second rig.

It also means the access is better than most city centre venues. Proper loading, sensible dock access and lifts that were designed for production rather than retrofitted, which shortens the get-in and shows up in the quote.

Beyond the waterfront, Liverpool has the theatres, civic buildings and university spaces you would expect, and we cover those the same way we cover them anywhere else.

Where we have worked

Venues in and around Liverpool.

M&S Bank Arena ACC Liverpool and the exhibition centre Theatres, civic and university venues across Merseyside
The same standard everywhere A crewed rig with a director cutting live, broadcast audio off the desk, and a programme record of the show. The postcode changes, the standard does not.
Connectivity comes with us Bonded 4G and 5G across multiple carriers plus Starlink. A dedicated tested venue line gets used where there is one, and guest WiFi never carries a broadcast.
Paperwork before it is asked for Insurance certificates and RAMS with the quote, which is what most venues in Liverpool will want before they let us through the door.

From village halls to the arenas. dwmedia has delivered live production in 15 of the 25 major UK arenas, and the same crew and kit covers a single-camera stream in a local hall. From £500 for a single camera, from £1,950 for a multi-camera day. See the estimator ›

Liverpool questions.

Have you worked at M&S Bank Arena?

Yes. It is one of the 15 major UK arenas we have delivered live production in, as part of arena tour work.

Can one production cover the arena and the conference rooms?

Yes, and on the waterfront campus it is the sensible answer. A plenary in the arena and breakouts in the conference centre can run from one production rather than two suppliers and two rigs.

Is the get-in easier here than other city centres?

Generally, yes. The campus was built with production access in mind, which means less time on the load-in and a shorter crew day than a comparable job in a retrofitted venue.
